In The Frame With Justin Y, an artist

November 2013 | Wilma Wu - General Manager Hong Kong

At 88-storeys, Hong Kong's Two International Finance Centre (2 IFC) is a graceful skyscraper sitting at the heart of the central business district offering stunning views of the harbour. This Grade A intelligent building has every convenience nearby including boutiques, restaurants, hotels, serviced apartments, and has access to multiple transport options.

With the airport just a quick half an hour away on the Airport Express, 2 IFC is also home to Servcorp Hong Kong - the world's finest fully furnished offices. Uniquely, all serviced office suites come with an unobstructed view of Hong Kong and tenants cover a multitude of professions.

Located in one of the executive suite is the talented artist, Justin Y. With Justin's work commanding premium prices, it's only fitting that his gallery is located in an internationally recognised and acclaimed building in Hong Kong and a stone's throw away from other key buildings in the business district.

As Justin puts it, "I'm the first to admit that I am a relatively unique tenant at Servcorp as most of my neighbours are in the finance industry. However, this workplace solution is much more compelling, affordable and offers a location that is close and convenient to my clientele and collectors."

"I've used many, many serviced office suites around the world but I prefer Servcorp mainly because their locations are in prominent buildings. This is very important as an office in 2IFC, or the Louis Vuitton building in Paris, or the Octagon in Sydney or The Seagram Building in New York just gives higher credibility."

Originally from Malaysia, Justin has recently launched a brand new collection, named "A Symphony of Colours", that showcases blends of vibrant colour vividly on canvas. Justin shuns paintbrushes preferring to translate all that he has seen, his emotions and experiences through his fingers and straight from the heart.

Justin's work is highly regarded and his creations may only be viewed by appointment something that Servcorp is able to help with and more.

"My gallery is also my office, and Servcorp provides professional support services enabling me to grow my business properly and be more productive in creating. The alternative option of taking on a lease, installing an IT network, staffing and the thousand of other must-haves for a standalone office are both cost and time prohibitive."
